Clothes dryer venting

We have moved into a new property and require a venting kit installed on our clothes dryer. The dryer is hanging on the wall. Ducting is left from the previous owner's dryer, and is attached to a pre-existing outlet hole to the outside. We have purchased a new venting kit and need help attaching it to our dryer and directing it through the pre-existing outlet.
