Shop strip out Egg Maternity

Shop strip out as follows: 1: Removal of all signage (including a large billboard facing Thorndon Quay and shop front canopy signage, window signage etc) 2: Removal of all shop fixtures and fittings and furniture, including shelving, racks, tables, and any fixed fittings. 3: Removal of changing rooms and associated make good. 4: Removal of wall to create an office area, and associated make good. 5: Removal of faux column installed , and associated make good. 6: Make good any wall, ceiling and floor penetrations. 7: Removal of lighting, and associated make good. 8: Make good of wiring. 9: Plaster and paint walls. 10: Removal of carpet/vinyl 11: Removal of any items of rubbish upon completion.
