few small jobs in house - dryer is mounted on wall, but I need it taken down and the vent system attached and dryer re-hung. I also have a leaking tap fitting on the washing machine and the toilet cistern is dripping (inside after the flush fills)

12 years experience in fixing stopping and finishing Gib and coving. I also do tiling and have my waterproofing certificate for wet areas.
