Wood stove Handyman Project

Hi, I'm after a handyman for a small metal work job. Google vogelzang barrel wood stove, that's what I need put together. I have the barrel and kit (door, legs etc) and need it constructed. I also need a couple of rods (not supplied) and a copper coil (supplied) installed inside the barrel. Ultimately I'm building an outdoor camping shower thermo syphon system. I don't have a garage so I'll drop it all off and pick it up when it's done, just a small job (and budget) that would suit a home handyman or someone with a small workshop. I should note that the copper coil needs to be shaped to similar as the picture.
