This job is the replacement or repair of two door handles and repair of split cedar. An hourly rate plus expenses. We have around 30 rental properties in Wellington and hutt valley that continually require od jobs to be done. The jobs range from fixing door handles to repair of fences, gates, painting, repair of gib. Small jobs mainly however we have had to do installation of kitchens, bathrooms etc. You have to understand tenant rules and protocols, turn up when you say you will. Be a good communicator.
