Attach an eyebolt to a beam to hang a punching bag -- quick, easy job!

I have a heavy punching bag that I would like hung up in my basement. There is a big beam that I think will be fine, but the insulation around it makes it kind of awkward to get around. So basically I'd just need an eyebolt attached to this beam, or another option scoped out if for whatever reason that won't work. I don't have any of the tools or materials, so you'd need to bring a drill, ladder etc.
