Rental touch ups

Hi there I need a few things tided up in my rental. They are 1) Window frame coming off in bathroom 2) Towel Rail coming off in bathroom 3) Fan in bathroom not working - suspect that it's an electrical fault 4)Touch of paint on ceiling in bathroom (can provide paint) 5) Carpet coming away in between the main room and start of the kitchen Suspect some of the bathroom issue are due to use of dryer, Best see photo's for better views
