general tasks as part of sale of a house

I am readying a house for sale. Tasks include waterblasting, painting a fence and front door and gates. A cat door needs repairing. One window needs replacement glass. Some gib Cove in hallway needs replacing, as well as repairing a space in the kitchen (ceiling hole and cove) where a range hood used to be.
