Handy man help

Door - I need the door to a little room that used to be the bathroom turned around so it opens outward to give me all the space in the little room. The door may need to be cut off the bottom. It's a solid door Bench seat in the garden - I need an existing bench seat repaired. I think the brackets are fine but the top needs replacing. It's currently decking, but one strip is missing and I'd like it to be a bit wider if possible anyway. Fence - we have a wrought iron fence that is attached to the original fence posts and the posts are attached to brick. The posts are coming away from the wall. I'd like to know if it can be fixed. May be a few more jobs by the time you get here!
