We met at the site at an agreed time, discussed the best plan of action, agreed on a price, worked out a time to carry out the work, Caleb kept his word and did a fine job at the quoted price. Working with Caleb on this was "a perfect example" of how this should work in an ideal world. Highly recommend him!
