Hi, I’m glad you found your way to our profile! Let me tell you a little bit about myself. My name is Caleb and I’m the director of On Schedule Construction.

I’ve been building and managing projects in the Wellington Region for the past 10 years. Over that time I’ve been able to deliver amazing projects to clients on time and to a high standard of quality. I know the idea of building a new project can be intimidating, especially if you don’t know how long it will take. So to make things easier for you, we will give you a clear finish date for your project.

Building doesn’t have to be stressful and we will communicate with you through each step of the project from start to finish to make things simple for you. We primarily build affordable homes and rental units. We also build decks, roofing, fences and pergolas. We have a team of local contractors that will work with us to make your dream into a reality.

Fence Replacement in Heretaunga

We just demolished an old section of fence and replaced it with a new section of fencing at a house in Heretaunga. We demolished an old shed in the backyard and cleared the ground, then built a 38sm fully consented one bedroom unit with landscaping, a new driveway and a fenced in backyard area.
