I need the laminate cover thats left on my front door removed, then sanded and oiled. I would like to paint it myself. Also would like the outdoor stairs (12) painted. The house needs a wash/waterblast. Im on a pretty small budget, so please only handymen who charge reasonable rates need apply. thanks
