Finishing off a new house

We've built 2 houses and we have random things left, like putting rocks in the gabion baskets to go around pillars, putting up bathroom fittings like towel rails, putting in a door handle, glueing down an LED strip. Then there is redial work in the other house, packing under the wood by sliding doors, changing a door frame so the door opens inwards rather than outwards. Those are the main things, but may be a few smaller things but it the finishing touches to 2 brand new houses.
