Hi, Am listing on behalf of friend. No ph.No.s on site for non computer literate people. Weatherboard older home has conservatory wall and roof built in to front left cnr. of house, where driveway slopes down side of house. Roof, ladder accessible, from front of house. Looks like water has entered where front weatherboard wall is, and the conservatory is joined on to this wall internally by roof, and side of conservatory Water damage to the internal gibboard side of wall, (which has concrete floor) in conservatory. Could be waterproofing of conservatory roof/wall or could be repair of panel of conservatory roof, plus replacing piece of gibboard on internal side. I, the writer is female, non builder haven't climbed on the roof to sight same. The owners of property are Roslyn & Kenny Tan The lady usually organises any repairs and is english literate. Husband understands some english, but slow in English to speak.
