A few small jobs

We had a leak in our ceiling earlier this year, the leak in the roof has been fixed but we now need a patch or replacement jib over the area effected which is approx 40cm diameter. There is a down light approx 80cm from the effected area. We also have a rotten window frame which has detached itself from the bottom of the window which will need replaced. We also have a rotted weather board close to the ground of our house that will need removed and replaced.
