Leaky tile roof

Job is to identify and remedy a leaky tile roof. Access to the attic space to see the leak is easy. Pic is attached. Please note: No sub contracting arrangements please. Person quoting the job must be the person doing the job. I have tried, but failed to identify exactly where the leak is coming from. I do know that there are no pipes etc running through this area :) Please note related job to clean moss on the roof, and tiling: --- Address is Chalmers Street, Avondale Auckland. House is tenanted so access will need to be arranged. Pic attached.

He wanted to invoice me outside of builderscrack, and when I disagreed with this, he wanted to increase the charge. Will not use again.

"I went on site to locate the leak and charged only a nominal amount for my time. The client was then going to get me to quote on the repair work. After waiting 3 and half months for payment I chased the client for payment of my account. I said that in this case as there was no actual repair work I hadn't expected to pay commission of $5.75 on an account of only $90.56 incl.GST. I don't know why he only gave 2/5 for adherance to costs and professionalism as I had discussed the costs before I came on site and I spent considerable time on site looking for the leak and explaining the reasons for conclusions, He could have expected to have paid three times that for the level of expertise I gave"
