Nice fast response to messages, Richard was on time and he was friendly and professional. He was very tidy as well. My only concern is that the dog door supplied may be a.bit too small. But other than that I am happy with the work. I did show photos of my dog and estimated she would be about 10kg when full grown. She fits in it at the moment at 7.5 kg
