1970's aluminum joinery windows - Replace handles and some repairs

Needing all 1970's aluminum joinery window handles to be replaced (approx. 10). There's also a few windows that need repairing. Some aren't opening/closing completely. One window (at the top of the top of stairs) needs to have the handle removed and to be sealed shut. Depending on the cost would also like to look at replacing the window in the toilet and bathroom.
