Entire House Window Fitting Repair

We would like to replace most of the window fittings, latches, hinges, seals in our house. The window frames are all aluminium, there are 36 windows total, with about 60 latches between them. Some of the window are ok but most have one of the following issues: - Broken or stuck latches are broken or stuck (need new latches) - Hard to open (needs new hinges or latches) - Can feel a breeze coming through (need new seals or latches) I've attached some photos of the worst examples. We also have three pairs of sliding aluminium doors which are quite hard to open, those need new or repaired rollers to get them moving nicely. If you're also able to do this it would be great.
