Reglaze Bay Window where required

The top of the window is in terrible shape and let's down the whole room. It looks like it has some film on it and the join as you can see in the picture is terrible. The whole bay window is 2.58m Top of join (where the two pieces of glass meet) ie upper part is about 56cm high bottom glass is about 84cm high they are 58.5cm inside frame then there are two opening windows which are 54w x 68h internal glass to frame Wondering how to rectify this so open to suggestions as currently it looks terrible but glazers may have a good solution! Job has to be completed in July Only those with reviews please thanks
