Window frame needs replacing

I have a window in my basement garage that needs replacing and the flashing needs sealing also to stop water leaking down into the frame. I also have a frame/step along the bottom of a sliding door which is quite flimsy and needs support/strengthening or replacing - for the benefit of the photo I have placed some wedges under it to show how big the gap is.. I need this done in the next week ideally as this is a rental and new tenants move in on 11th feb.

Need to have 3 windows stays put onto second story windows 1 of which needs ladder acces. Also, need to have a pane removed from french doors and replaced with a window that can open. Looking for cheapest option and recommendation on this one. See pictures.

Replace existing Windows

I have a 1963 weatherboard house. Over the last week we have found that at least 2 of the windows have rot in the frames. As part of figuring out what to do, I would like to get an estimate of the cost for replacing them, with new timber or aluminium windows. Rental Repairs in Manukau We need pushlocks fitted to 3 bedroom windows and 1 ranchslider. Bathroom extractor fan fitted and wired to mains on a 5 minute timer. Motion sensor light installed outside front door, some old decking panels replaced and a couple of fence panels replaced. The roof also needs painting.
