Rental Repairs in Manukau We need pushlocks fitted to 3 bedroom windows and 1 ranchslider. Bathroom extractor fan fitted and wired to mains on a 5 minute timer. Motion sensor light installed outside front door, some old decking panels replaced and a couple of fence panels replaced. The roof also needs painting. An unused door from the lounge to the decking has a loose glass panel so we're open to ideas on that one? We also need a quote to replace some rotten flooring in the laundry. This goes under the water cylinder and has also affected the GIB around the basin too.
