Cut Window Glass for Extraction Fan

Glass balustrades

Our section is on a slope on a hill. We have a backdrop at one side of the section, it is a stepped retainer wall, ca. 1m high. Over 4 corners, there are ca. 11.5m of balustrading to be done. I'd like to install a 1.2m high glass balustrade either no frame or semi framed (price point). Pictures show the step, balustrade to be mounted on top of the retainer wall. I could imagine that some additional foundation work will be required before mounting the balustrades.

Leaking window

In the heavy rain and wind recently my window has started leaking. This only seems to happen when the wind is strong and the rain horizontal. The water seems to come inside along the join between the aluminium and the wooden window surround.
