Cat door hole to go into window

I require a cat door to be installed. I have the cat door and it requires a 212mm diameter whole in glass. I think single glaze glass. Please refer to photos to get an idea. I would be seeking to get this completed on a Saturday. Either 11th or 18th September. I understand new glass maybe needed and happy for someone to come and look at the window to assist then with the job to see what’s needed. Cheers.
