Recent Christchurch Glazing & Glass jobs

Hi, I was replacing the handles on the windows throughout the house and unfortunately the next day one of the windows had a crack in it which wasnt there the day before. I must have over tightened it which is the only reason i can think of. Anyway id like to get a price to either replace it or repair it ( not sure if you can repair or not) the dimensions are --- double glazed. It also appears to have a tint.

New glass panels and cat door to French door

We have 2x broken glass panes in a French door at our house. Both are approx 450mm wide x 400mm high as per photos and have a horizontal wave / pattern. One of the broken panes has a cat door we would like to replace as well as the old one is weathered. Photos show a good pane and also one of the broken ones with cat door.
