Sam was great, assisted with everything professionally including the liaison with the tenant. He scoped the project and was advised of a 3rd broken window by the tenant, he then updated his quote and we continued to completion. Work was completed in a clear time frame and Sam would have been able to do so sooner however had to wait on the tinted glass to arrive from supplier. All in all really happy with the work and the contractors general management of the process.
