Cat enclosure attached to window #2

I need an invoice for the full job of a cat enclosure installed onto our backyard window, I have only a phew days to get this invoice into funder. I would like something like the below picture but larger to make mowing inside easier. And would like the removal of the wooden seats also in the quote (if possible).
