2x wooden pane replacement

Have removed the lower fixed pane and painted the reveals, as the sill is visible through the glass. Top sash (broken) is puttied, so just needs replacing the normal way. Bottom pane was bedded on some putty, but was held in by timber trims. Would prefer the bottom pane to be puttied in also, but will replace the timber trims myself if not possible. Upper opening sash glass is approx. 510w 490h. Lower fixed pane glass is approx. 605w 420h. We want white opaque-type glass to both panes.
