Need to cut a whole in a glass to get in the door

Hi, the door closed to one of our small utility rooms and we cannot open it because a cupboard drawer is open on the inside. The room has two windows but they are both shut also. We need somebody to cut a small whole through the window so that we can poke a stick and close the drawer and then repair the window again, please. Today if possible would be ideal, my sons school uniforms are in the room and the school start tomorrow. Let me know if you can help, Dina
