Renovate our family home

[Reposted from yesterday - see note below] These jobs are for any independant contractors or tradesmen who wish to do work on our home in exchange for a designer website (to manage and market their business). We would like to have all fixtures and fittings included in the deals, otherwise for jobs exceeding $4000.00 -$7,000.00, I am willing to pay the difference. We are interested in simple and unexpensive fittings, we only want to improve the look and feel of our home. I am working from home mum looking for the most inexpensive way to renovate our home hence the reason why I am trading my skills. We have a small 3 bedroom house and we would like the following work done: 1. Carpet to be removed, floor boards sanded and polished 2. New bathroom and toilet installation and renovation 3. Upgrade kitchen (upgrade cabintry handles, bench top, taps, sink, install dishwasher, waste disposal. 4. Small Deck to be built and Ranchslider to be fitted in wall to exit onto deck. 5. All wallpaper to be stripped, walls sanded and painted throughout entire house 6. Insulation in walls, roof and floor 7. A simple and attractive rock or lavender garden. 8. Stone or Iron fence with gate to be built across the front of property approx 12m includn driveway entry, 9. Double Glaze all windows 10. Roof to be restored. If you can offer any other work that isnt listed, we are open to what you could offer our home ---------------------------- NOTE FROM BUILDERSCRACK - job charge will be based on cost of job not amount of money changed hands. Websites are valued between $4000.00 -$7,000.00 depending on the size, and a fee will be charged in accordance with the job value.
