replace outside cracked double graze window

Hello, The outer pane of double graze window has cracked due to heat damage. It is the bottom window which does not open. The two windows above open and there are sliding rancher to the right. Please note there is no lift in the building, the apartment can only be accessed by a stairwell and is in a secure complex. The glass is 81 x73. Quotes welcomed. Kind regards,
