Repair Water Damaged Windows

We have a 1930's Art Deco house that has 2 area's of damaged. 1st Area is to replace and make weather tight the rot that is shown in the photos - these are the dual windows. 2nd Area is the bay windows. Most of the external sills under each window are soft from rot, I suspect all will need to be replaced.
