Hi there, We live in the upper floor of a warehouse built in the 80's. The roof at the the rear has some skylights... one of them leaks during heavy rain due to a very bad installation. We would like to replace the skylight with an opening one to get some airflow downstairs, fixing the leak at the same time and installing properly. We are in Arch Hill/Grey Lynn and would like to get this fixed ASAP before the winter rain. Thanks, Mark.
