We have sold the house and the new owner requires the hobs to be removed, which I will do myself, as a certified builder. Service / Replacement Quote

I have a Rinnai Infinity 24 connected to mains Natural Gas. The unit was installed in 2005 when house was new. It is working fine but I had to replace hot water outlet hose washer due to it leaking from old age. The other washer is still sealing but also perished. Should I replace the hose or upgrade the unit ?? Not urgent but need to understand recommended option & the cost to quote / repair / service or Replace.

Connect gas bottles to different location

In the first two photos, there is an exiting gas bottle connection. we wish to shift the gas bottle valve and gas bottles to the new pipe out location. The new pipe out is at an extension building, have preinstalled the pipe within walls, just need to re connect the gas system.
