Service / Replacement Quote

I have a Rinnai Infinity 24 connected to mains Natural Gas. The unit was installed in 2005 when house was new. It is working fine but I had to replace hot water outlet hose washer due to it leaking from old age. The other washer is still sealing but also perished. Should I replace the hose or upgrade the unit ?? Not urgent but need to understand recommended option & the cost to quote / repair / service or Replace.
