Replace gas bottle hose

The rubber hose between gas bottle regulator and fixed pipework on my yacht is old and perished. Job is to replace this and do required testing. Length of hose is approx 500mm. Internal diameter of current hose approx 5mm, but I was unable to fit this onto the regulator spigot, which is approx 8mm external diameter.

The hob rings all work, but not well. It is a five ring hob and this includes a wok burner. At the moment I can't get that one hot enough to stir fry. It just turns everything into a stir stew. It may be just a case of them needing a good clean and service

The water temp in our 2 showers keeps moving from hot to cold making having a shower very tricky and wasteful of water. It's heated by a gas unit called Wallman / Paloma which is around 16 years old. I need somebody to look at it & advise me on my best course of action.

Gas hob ignition needs replacing

One igniter needs replacing on the gas hob. I've tried scratching it clean etc but it just doesn't seem to get any ignition. All else is working on the hob. It's an older model.
