Build Stairs to Basement, move any gas pipes, get consent

Hi, We have a basement under the house with no internal access. The height of the basement is 1.9meters. I would like to create internal access from the house into the basement. There are 2 doors leading into the basement from the carport. I would like to convert one to a windows and the other to a window. Aluminium please. Needing a gasfitter to remove gas heater and cap off.

Hi, we have an old gas heater in our hallway on mains gas. We need it 'decommissioned' (removed) and capped off. It is not flued. The pipework (about 1cm diameter) goes into wooden flooring. The heater is Aircon brand.

Remove gas bayonets

We no longer use our gas heating system as it has been replaced with heat pump system. I need to remove one of the gas bayonets as it is obstructing a piece of furniture. In total there are four throughout the house. I would like quotes to remove just one or all four. Thanks.

Attaching a gas hob to a gas bottle

We are going to install a gas hob into our kitchen but we dont have mains gas, we would like some information on how we go about doing this and a rough estimate. The bottles would ideally be stored outside the kitchen and run through the wall into the kitchen. Thanks
