Attaching a gas hob to a gas bottle

We are going to install a gas hob into our kitchen but we dont have mains gas, we would like some information on how we go about doing this and a rough estimate. The bottles would ideally be stored outside the kitchen and run through the wall into the kitchen. Thanks
