Major backyard over grow

My backyard is overgrown atleast 6months The grass is very high, its between 4 other units with each section fully fenced so there's only access to the yard through the house, unfortunately ride on mowers can't be used. I'm a single mother of 3 and due to my landlords negligence to secure my home and fix the house to be able to be livable I haven't been able to live in my property and as a result its become gross and I've realized I'm going to have to remedy my home back to some what a home on my own. I'm in desperate need of help, this is a big job. I will try to meet your prices as best I can. But its too much for me to weed and mow on my own
