Mowing lawns monthly, trimming agapanthus around path quarterly

We need someone to mow our 100m lawn monthly, along with two other smaller areas - a strip of lawn around 10m x 2m and a steep hill of around 5m by 5m. We also need the agapanthus that line our path trimmed back every quarter, the path is 40 steps and about 20 m long. This website forces me to select a price I expect the job to cost: I've never paid for them to be cut before so I have no idea what it costs. I imagine it's about an hour's work so each instance is less than $250.
