Regular garden maintenance (2 monthly)

We have a small garden at our Glen Eden house. We are moving to and just about to tenant the house. The garden maintenance isn't a huge job. What I'm after is: Weeding of established gardens and planter boxes (maintenance - 2 hours). There are four 1.5m long planter boxes which I've cleared most of the garden out of. The tenants may wish to plant stuff in there, but if they don't I would like to get the weeds cleared out every 2 months to avoid it getting out of control. Then an easy maintenance flower bed next to the front door and a few plants and succulents amongst the stones in the back yard. Fairly low maintenance. Deadheading roses (about 15 mins). There are about 10 rose plants - they are very hardy. I know nothing about roses but in the last year have just deadheaded them and sprayed for bugs and they seem to be going just fine! They look like established rose plants. Chop back a couple of bushes where required (15-30 mins). There's a jasmine bush on a trellis and another bush next to the garage that need chopping back twice per year. Weed control paved areas by driveway - Specifically the shell carpark and the carpark next to the front door - just spraying for weeds that grow up through the gravel/shells. Garden waste removed. I'm estimating this is 2 hours every two months. Access to the garden is easy and all flat. I don't want to spend too much on this, just want regular tidy ups. Thanks.
