Garden and yard clean up

The property is my mothers. This job is mainly clearing, pruning, weeding and taking away green waste from the left side of the house (as you look at it from the street) from the steps down the back - by carport etc - and to the right of the clothes line. It's a bit of a mess. Budget entered is not fixed as if it costs more than $250, it costs more than $250!
