Ivy Eradication off Wall & Any in Spouting. Trim Shrub as well

Hi! I need someone to clear ivy coming over a concrete retaining wall of around 8 feet. Also, to check garage that there is no ivy in spouting. Spraying around garage to prevent ivy growth too. Also, to trim a tree/bush. Debris to be taken away by you. Thx!
