Hi there, I am the property owner of a house in Bishopdale CHCH. We want to do a garden and hedge tidy up for our tenants. This will involve: - Weeding (the bushes area is covered with weedmat but there will be some still ) ~1 hour - Spraying, spraying of weeds coming through on concrete parts / where appropriate (~1 hour) - Trimming of bushes and hedges and grapevine ~1 - 2 hours. Photos are from an inspection last year to give an idea of scale.

Basic entryway and small courtyard weeding

This is a small job, I expect under 2 hours as it is just weeding of overgrown front entryway, clearing fallen apples (and you are welcome to pick your own!) and some weeding, spraying and watering of a small courtyard as I am currently unable to do this due to a back injury. The courtyard is accessed via garage so I will need to be home for that part. Happy for job to be done in two bits to fit your schedule. I would potentially be interested in ongoing maintenance of the front area.
