Hedge trimming and general gardening

Hi there, I am the property owner of a house in Bishopdale CHCH. We want to do a garden and hedge tidy up for our tenants. This will involve: - Weeding (the bushes area is covered with weedmat but there will be some still ) ~1 hour - Spraying, spraying of weeds coming through on concrete parts / where appropriate (~1 hour) - Trimming of bushes and hedges and grapevine ~1 - 2 hours. Photos are from an inspection last year to give an idea of scale.
