Garden tidy up for winter

We are in the middle of renovations and are renting next door while the work is done. We have had some landscaping done but because we haven't been living there it's gotten quite over grown. We would like hand weeding done in the areas that have been landscaped. There is a lot of fleabane and smaller weeds in and around the ferns, reeds, and grasses we want to keep. There are areas to clear that have not been landscaped. This can been cleared with a weed eater. In the house next door (through the fence) we need ivy removed from a fence, edges tidied on a path, and some areas sprayed with weedkiller. We might want the landscaped areas mulched as well but want to see what it looks like after the weeding first so don't quote for that just yet. You'd be coming to the smaller house and nipping through the fence to get to the back garden next door. There is a photo to show what that looks like. You'd need to get the waste out that way too.

I have been working as a landscaper and Gardner for the past 5 years. I started a small landscaping business at the beginning of 2021 while I completed my studies.
