Hedge removal (maybe by digger)

15 metre hedge along street to be completely removed in preparation to have a fence built. The hedge is many different mature plants so roots could be quite big. At widest point the hedge is about 1.5metres wide. May require a digger. Preferably would like hedging taken away but not an absolute requirement. Also have another area with roses and flax and bark that would like scraped clean ready for paving.
