Tree cut and garden rubbish removal

I need a tree topped. I have attached photos for quoting. I would like it cut somewhere around the level of the bottom of the window sill shown in one of the photos. I have access to both side of the fence for the tree cutting. I have attached photo of some garden waste I need taken away as well. Thanks.
