Mow lawn, and pull weeds - possible an ongoing job, once a month

Our garden needs help. There are weeds everywhere, and the lawn needs to be mowed all the time. Since we are useless at gardening, and work full time, we need a gardener who's keen to look after our lawn - possibly monthly! And there could be future planning to plant in some beautiful flowers too. Price is negotiable.
