Mowing, tidying edges and verges, cutting back ivy and using line-trimmer to cut back long grass / weeds. Spraying weeds. Generally tidying up - no large tree work. Removal of garden waste. Aprrox 2 to 3 hours work in total. In Papanui area. Tenants moved out so just needs good tidy-up ready for new tenants. Preferably to be done by 21st Nov if possible.
